Lady Damalie Ntwatwa is the Founder and Director General of Rock Hill Secondary School and Henley High School, providing active leadership for over 20 years.
A chemist by profession, she is deeply passionate about mentoring young people, particularly inspiring students—especially girls—to pursue science and STEM careers. Over the years, she has nurtured many students who have grown into respected professionals and responsible members of society.
Beyond academics, Lady Damalie is firmly committed to ensuring access to education for orphaned and vulnerable children, believing that education is both a responsibility and a legacy. Her lifelong mission is carried out in remembrance of her mother, whose values of compassion, resilience, and service continue to guide her work.
